Courses

1) Choose your course. All courses are approved by the FDOH - Bureau of Radiation Control and are recognized by the ARRT as Category A credits. These courses are approved for technologists licensed in the state of Florida.

​2) Take the Mastery Test. All Mastery Tests have reference material included within the test!

3) Complete your answer sheet. After you complete your answer sheet, email it or snap a picture of it with your cell phone and text it to the appropriate provider. Please be sure to include your FDOH license number.

4) Make your payment. We have several payment options for your convenience.

• We will send your certificate of completion to you via email after we receive your payment and answer sheet. A score of 75% or higher is required to successfully pass a course.​

• Documentation of you completion will be sent to the FDOH at the end of each month. If you are in a time crunch, you can fax you certificate directly to the FDOH at 850-245-4791 or email it to them at mqaonlineservice@flhealth.gov.
